Main Ingredients

2 medium heads of fresh broccoli

1 head cauliflower

1 medium onion (sliced)

3 medium tomatoes (diced)

2 tablspoon salt

2 tablespoonsolive oil

3 cupswater

1 tablespoons mrs dash

2 cloves garlic (minced)

Preparation

1 In a medium pot, sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until translucent, then add tomatoes and salt.

2 Cook covered for 5 minutes, add the vegetables, seasoning and water, and stir.

3 Cover, reduce heat to medium, simmer for 10 minutes.

4 Remove from the heat and serve as desired.
